2025 Annual Report
SEDA College NT is pleased to announce that the 2025 Annual Report has been formally endorsed by the Board, marking an important milestone in reflecting on a year of strong achievement, growth and community impact.
The report highlights the College’s continued commitment to delivering a personalised, applied learning model that connects education with real-world industry experience. Throughout 2025, students demonstrated outstanding success across both the Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training (NTCET) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs, with Year 12 completion rates reaching 100%.
A key strength of the College remains its focus on engagement and pathway development. Students participated in a wide range of industry experiences, community programs and workplace learning opportunities, helping them build confidence, capability and clear post-school pathways. Graduate outcomes reflected this, with students successfully transitioning into employment, apprenticeships, further training and university study.
Student wellbeing also remained central to the College’s approach. A comprehensive range of wellbeing initiatives, mentoring support and external partnerships ensured students were supported both academically and personally, contributing to strong attendance rates and high levels of student satisfaction.
The report also captures the strength of the College community, with positive feedback from students, caregivers and staff reinforcing the impact of SEDA College NT’s personalised and industry-connected model. Staff engagement remained high, supported by ongoing professional learning and a strong, collaborative culture.
Looking ahead, 2025 also marked a significant step forward with the introduction of the Construction and Trade Program, which launched in 2026. This initiative will expand pathway opportunities for students and further align the College with emerging workforce needs across the Northern Territory.
As part of its commitment to transparency and accountability, the 2025 Annual Report is now available on the College website.
We invite our community to explore the report and celebrate the achievements of our students, staff and partners across the year.
