SEDA College NT Partners with HIA to Deliver Industry-Led Training

SEDA College NT is proud to announce the Housing Industry Association (HIA) as the Vocational Education and Training Partner for our Construction and Trade Program.

As Australia’s peak national body for the residential building industry, HIA brings unmatched expertise and strong connections. This partnership ensures our students are learning the skills that matter most — delivered in a way that reflects the real demands of today’s construction and trade sectors.

Students enrolled in the Construction and Trade Program will undertake the CPC20220 Certificate II in Construction Pathways, delivered by HIA (RTO 1091). This nationally recognised qualification provides students with foundational trade skills, positioning them as strong candidates for apprenticeships and further training after school.

By embedding industry at the centre of learning, SEDA College NT and HIA are preparing students not only for further education but also for successful, long-term careers in construction and trade.

To celebrate this exciting collaboration, HIA and SEDA College NT will host an official launch event on Tuesday, 10:30 am, 4 November 2025, at HIA’s Berrimah facilities. If you’re available to attend, please click here to register.
